Caledonian Customs manages the remodeling process from planning through construction and final details, coordinating the work and trade partners required to bring the project together.
A successful remodel takes more than good craftsmanship. It takes planning, communication, and coordination from the first decision through the final walkthrough. Caledonian Customs manages the entire process so the homeowner has one point of accountability throughout the project.
What we build
Structural capability is what lets the rest of the work go further. Load-bearing walls come out, layouts change, and the finish work is restored around the new opening.

We just finished our master bath remodel with Chris. I was extremely happy with the job he did-he brought in quality craftsmen and responded immediately to any texts or calls and addressed all of our concerns and requests. We asked for something, he made it happen. Great to work with-a great person as well.
How the work runs
The same four steps on a single bathroom or a whole-floor renovation. The work is planned before it is started.
We walk the space, talk through what you want changed, and give you a straight answer on what the house will and will not allow.
Scope, schedule and selections are set out in writing first, including any engineering and permitting the work requires.
One contractor runs the job. Trades are scheduled in order, the work area is protected, and you always know what happens next.
We walk the finished work together, complete the punch list, and close the project out properly.
